Pinnacle HR welcomes a new Director

Pinnacle HR welcomes our new Director and Consultant, Michelle Glaister.
Michelle joins our team on Monday 25 September. Michelle will be working alongside Dianne Jacobs in the coming weeks as part of the handover process that allows Dianne to move ever closer to retirement. Dianne will still be involved with Pinnacle HR for the next few months in a reduced capacity finishing off key projects with our clients.

As many of you know Dianne Jacobs has been with Pinnacle HR for over 14 years and has been instrumental in establishing a strong and respected HR and industrial relations service to our clients especially during the introduction of the Fair Work Act, the Modern Federal Awards and in negotiating Enterprise Agreements over these years.
She is a much respected and admired practitioner who has built close relationships with our clients across the State.

Michelle is a professional HR practitioner with a career spanning over 20 years, working in both private and the public sectors delivering tailored HR solutions and strategies.
Proven track record in leading, developing and training diverse teams in line with operational needs and strategic plans and a solid background in legislative compliance and implementation.

Michelle is really looking forward to meeting all the members and working closely to support their business with any HR, Training and WHS needs.

While Dianne will continue to be involved in existing work for the next few months, Michelle will pick up new work. Michelle will be working full-time and can be contacted via michelle@pinnaclehr.com.au or on the office number or mobile 0478 313 030.

A message from Dianne…

Well, this is a bitter/sweet farewell…….. As some of you will know, I have been ‘trying’ to retire for the past few years and now, finally, it’s happening!!! But right now, standing in the doorway to ‘freedom’, I am hesitating as I think of the wonderful relationships I have enjoyed with our clients over the years, some of whom I have worked with from the start of my time with Pinnacle HR and I will miss that interaction with you all.
And, of course working with Aileen, which has been an absolute pleasure. Although Aileen and I will still enjoy our days at the races together and our Postie fashion parties!

I am really looking forward to my retirement and I know you will be in good hands with Michelle and Aileen. And, hey, I’m not leaving the country so I will be around to lend a hand whenever PHR needs it! ☺
