This session will provide Managers with information and guidelines on responding appropriately and supportively to employees experiencing Domestic and Family Violence.
We will also unpack the DFV Leave clause in modern Awards and the NES and guide you on developing legislatively compliant clauses in contracts of employment and in leave policies.
